Launchpad One Day School for Gifted Children
Is Launchpad One Day School right for my child?
Giftedness is exceptional potential and intensity in one or more areas — a unique way of seeing, thinking, and engaging with the world, nurtured through connection, challenge, and care.
Research in gifted education has identified a range of well-documented indicators that can help us recognise and understand giftedness in children.
“A gifted child’s acute perception, heightened sensitivity and imagination, abstract interpretation of events and interactions elicit intense emotional responses.
Whether real or imagined, gifted children’s perceptions are their reality.”
